When does Hiveix launch?
We're targeting Q1 2027 on iOS and Android. Everything on this site about the company and the mission is real today — it's the app itself that's still being built.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — Free is $0 forever, no credit card required. It includes your home profile, maintenance reminders, 10 questions a month with Queen, and storage for 5 documents. Pro removes the limits and adds Hive Health, family accounts, and more.
How much does Pro cost?
Hiveix Pro is $9.99/month or $99/year, with a 14-day free trial. If you join the waitlist before launch, that rate is locked in for as long as you keep your subscription, even if standard pricing changes later.
What exactly does Hiveix do?
It's one platform for your home and household: maintenance tracking, AI diagnostics with Queen, a Hive Health score, a shared Honey-Do list with family permissions, home history, and DIY or contractor help when you need it.
Can my spouse or kids use it too?
Yes. Pro includes Family Sharing with roles built for real households — Owner, Spouse, Kid, and Renter each get their own permissions, from full control down to just completing tasks they're assigned.
I own more than one property — can Hiveix handle that?
Yes. Add any additional property — a rental, cabin, or second home — for $10/month on top of Pro. Each one gets tracked as its own separate Hive. See Multiple Properties for more.
How does Hiveix handle safety?
Queen is built to be conservative by design. Recommendations lean toward caution, genuinely high-risk jobs get redirected to a licensed professional instead of a guide, and Emergency Mode is built in for anything urgent. AI guidance is a starting point, not a replacement for a licensed professional.
Does Queen guarantee its diagnosis?
No. Queen gives you likely causes and a place to start, based on what you describe or show it — not a guaranteed diagnosis. For anything serious, that's exactly what a licensed pro is for.
Is Hiveix a replacement for a contractor?
No. Hiveix helps you understand what's going on and decide what to do next — track it yourself, follow a guide, or bring in a pro through the contractor network when that's the right call.
Is my home data private?
Your home profile belongs to you. We're building Hiveix around your control over what's shared and with whom, and we'll always be upfront if that ever changes.
